Dear Texans,

I am not a career politician so I will speak from my convictions. Let’s get straight to the point. If you believe in Life, Liberty, and Happiness, then I encourage you to keep reading.

God brought me to America 25 years ago, and this nation blessed me with Life, Liberty, and Happiness. God worked through the American people to help me defend my life, secure my liberty, and pursue happiness for myself. My American story is only possible in a nation like America, whose founding pillars of Life, Liberty, and Happiness makes that possible for all people. When God called the American people to step up to the challenge and lend me a helping hand, they never wavered. Now, God has called me to restore those very foundational pillars of Life, Liberty, and Happiness to a nation that gave me everything I have and love.

Among these Patriots who answered the call, was this sweet American lady named Sarah. Having just met me one time at a restaurant, she paid my tuition in college expecting nothing in return. That moment made me realize that there was something truly special about the American people. The people of this nation are full of Life, Liberty, and Happiness, and are always willing to rise to the occasion when duty calls.

When I will ask this sweet lady why she was sacrificing so much for a stranger like me who could never repay her for all her kindness, she said, “Anna, just keep praying to your God. For I believe that one day, when you are called upon to help this nation, I have no doubt you will answer the call.”

I want to say these words to that sweet lady, “Sarah, God has called me to rekindle the flames of Life, Liberty, and Happiness in America, and I have answered the call. Thank you Sarah for being faithful to answering your call. It is by God’s grace and the sacrifice of so many Americans that I got to experience Life, Liberty, and Happiness. It is with this conviction that I want the people of Texas and America to experience the goodness of Life, Liberty, and Happiness.

The truth is, when God called me, He gave me a revelation. Here is the revelation: America was founded on the pillars of Life, Liberty, and Happiness. Those three pillars of Life, Liberty, and Happiness began to crumble in 1970. Let me explain further….

A spiritual coup was schemed up to nullify the authority behind our nation’s Constitution and its founding principles. This spiritual coup was initiated in the great state of Texas for many reasons. America’s enemies know that when Texas goes, so goes America. America’s enemies also understand that when Life goes, Liberty and Happiness also goes with it. Please listen and pay close attention. If you love this nation, it is important to take this seriously.

The great state of Texas is the enemy’s crown jewel. Texas is the last frontier, and is set to be a very symbolic state in the restoration of America’s Constitution. America’s enemies started their campaign for the destruction of America’s first founding principle of the right to Life right here in Dallas, Texas. In a nutshell, the great state of Texas is a special and symbolic territory among principalities, powers, and rulers in the spirit realm. If Texas goes, America goes with it. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, it is primarily against principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness.

As Americans, we should never apologize for our convictions and our founding principles. For way too long, America has apologized for being a beacon of Life, Liberty, and Happiness. As a result, America’s enemies have leveraged this weakness, and this has led to a major constitutional breach. Until the constitution is restored, America will continue to deteriorate and eventually render its Constitution null and void.

Our two famous founding documents; the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, express the framework and principles upon which this nation was founded. The Preamble of our Declaration of Independence clearly states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” The Preamble to our nation’s Constitution states, “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Whether you are Republican or Democrat, we are all Americans. If we claim to be Citizens of these United States of America, then we must all be proponents of our nation’s founding principles, especially in Texas. We cannot as Americans claim to believe that our rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness come from God, but then support legislature that opposes this very conviction.

We cannot claim that all men are created equal, not born equal, but created equal, and yet deny some men of the same God given rights to Life, Liberty, and Happiness that we all demand and expect for ourselves.

Similarly, our Constitution, is a lawful document that “Secures the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” This is a binding covenant that our founders established before Almighty God that our nation’s Constitution will not only secure the blessings of liberty for “Ourselves,” those already born, but also for our Posterity, those yet to be born (our future generation, the preborn American, and Offspring).

When our nation’s Constitution was written, our founders obtained the wisdom from Almighty God to invoke the book of Deuteronomy 30:19, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.”

Our Nation’s founders chose life so that God will help them secure the blessings of liberty for themselves and their Posterity. The sole reason why our nation’s Constitution has survived this long is because our Constitution honors the sanctity of life by ensuring that Posterity’s blessings to liberty are secured. When we deny Life, Liberty, and Happiness for others, we have also denied those same rights for ourselves.

When we deny Posterity their God given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, we have likewise denounced our own rights to same blessings. In so doing, we have indeed created a Constitutional breach and brought about a conflict in of our Constitution. We either “Secure the blessings of Liberty for both Ourselves and Our Posterity,” or neither We or our Posterity can claim those blessings of Liberty. The issues plaguing America today are rooted in one thing, and one thing only. America has rejected the very virtues that established the Constitution by denying its Posterity their rights to Life and their blessings of Liberty. Unless those rights are restored to our Posterity, Texas, the last battle ground for America’s enemies will be captured and America will be no longer the shining city on the hill.

Every American, whether you are Republican or Democrat, I invite you to join this calling to restore America’s Constitution. For there is only liberty if there is life. Liberty cannot exist without Life. When we destroy life, we are destroying liberty, and along with it, goes the pursuit of Happiness.

God gave me a mandate to lead Texas along with Senator Ted Cruz, Governor Greg Abbott, and President Trump to finish the task of restoring America’s Constitution. Tens of Millions of America’s Posterity have been denied their blessings to Liberty and their God given rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

God raised up President Trump in 2015 to begin the process of restoring our Constitution. Restoring our Constitution starts with restoring LIFE. President Trump is a leader who values LIFE, but he cannot do this work alone. He needs us to remember our virtues and founding principles and join forces to restore our Constitution.

When President Trump won the 2016 Presidential election, he began the restoration process of America’s Constitution. As proof that he is a leader who values life, President Trump appointed 3 Pro-Life Supreme Court Justices to the United States Supreme Court. As a result, the 1973 Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade, which established a woman's constitutional right to an abortion, was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2022.

This decision was made in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The Dobbs ruling eliminated federal protection for abortion rights, effectively allowing individual states to regulate or ban abortion. However, please be reminded that each state in America is very much a part of the Union of states, so if abortion is still legal at the state level, our Constitutional covenant is still breached.

Now that the issue of Abortion has been returned to the states to regulate or ban, we must now finish the work of restoring America’s Constitution by proposing a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution abolishing legalized abortion in the United States. In so doing, we will restore our founding principle of Life, Liberty, and Happiness for all men, not just for ourselves, but also for Posterity (the silent majority in the womb).

An your next United States Senator representing the great state of Texas, God has given me a mandate to propose a 28th amendment to the Constitution and help lead the charge to ratify it. Article V of the Constitution outlines two methods for proposing amendments: through a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate, or through a convention called by two-thirds of the state legislatures. God has given me a mandate and a plan on which path to take.

It is only fitting that a U.S. Senator from the great state of Texas, the 28th state to be annexed to the United States, lead the charge to propose and ratify the 28th Amendment to the Constitution. The charge for legalizing abortion was initiated in Texas. Therefore, Texas has been called to lead the charge to abolish it.

If my American story of Life, Liberty, and Happiness resonates with you, or you simply desire this American experience for your life, I welcome you to join the call and take a stand for Life. This is our opportunity as Texans to do for our nation’s Posterity what President Lincoln did for black slaves. Together, we must restore Life to America’s Posterity as Abraham Lincoln restored Liberty to the slaves.

In so doing, we would have not only delivered the great state of Texas from the grip of our enemies, but we would have restored the primary pillar of LIFE to America’s Constitution. For without Life, there is no Liberty, and without Liberty, there is no pursuit of Happiness.

I am ready. I believe Texans are ready. Life, Liberty, and Happiness is for All. If God be for us, none can stand against us. Amen
